The Coca-Cola Company is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Its stock is listed on the NYSE and is part of DJIA, S&P 500 Index, the Russell 1000 Index and the Russell 1000 Growth Stock Index. Its current chairman and chief executive is Muhtar Kent.

Location of HQ doesn't mean anything -- a U.S. corporation may re-incorporate in a foreign jurisdiction (a so-called "inversion transaction") and thus no longer be American, even if part of its HQ remains in the U.S. But Coca Cola has not done so.
More specifically, from Coca Cola's 10-K, which is filed annually with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission:
"We were incorporated in September 1919 under the laws of the State of Delaware and succeeded to the business of a Georgia corporation with the same name that had been organized in 1892."
So, no, Coca Cola is a Delaware corporation, and thus still American. However, Coke did give up its ownership in its European bottler (Coca Cola Enterprises) in a 2010 transaction (in return for 100% ownership of the bottler's North American operations), which may have triggered the question.
