In the USA is there a federal law that states car dealerships must give customers a schematic layout of vacuum lines?

Question #123870. Asked by serpa. (Oct 17 11 12:53 AM)

The Federal Trade Commission's paper "A Dealer's Guide to the Used Car Rule" does not specifically indicate that a car dealership must give customers a schematic layout of vacuum lines. The Guide indicates all information that the dealership must give to the customer buying the used car, but that information is not noted.

The FTC's site does not have information on new car sales, that I was able to find. Of course, there are manual created by third parties that would have such information about a car.
