From my research, there is no European equivalent of the Asian Games. the Asian games are recognised by the Olympic committee (IOC). On viewing the events involved, the only European equivalent seems to be individual championships in the sports (e.g. Boxing or Cycling) in the sports on offer. The nearest equivalent for European competitors on this level appears to be the Olympic games themselves. I may be wrong, but this is the best answer I can offer. The only European 'Games' I find in history are athletic events.

Just wondered because each continent(North and South America are grouped together), has a regional Olympic like competition. The Americas, for instance, just concluded the Pan American Games. Linguistic and regional bodies(e.g. The Commonwealth), also have a competition.
