    		Commander McBragg from "Tennessee Tuxedo and his Tales" was a parody of C. Aubrey Smith.

    Sadly the only site I can find with all the pertinent information is Wikipedia. I apologize.

    		Next step, Commander McBragg was voiced by Kenny Delmar. Kenny Delmar was known for Senator Claghorn on the Fred Allen radio show. Senator Claghorn developed into Foghorn Leghorn, who is the answer to the question if I have unravelled it accurately.
