    What percentage of the world's population has blond hair?

    As the person who answered the question said, this is very difficult to figure out, even roughly. You can make statistics up, which many websites seem to do, but even figuring out the percentage for one country would be difficult.

    That person said he had found websites that said 1.8%, and that blond(e) was the third most popular hair colour, and I think the latter is probably true.
