    Why would it be somewhat odd if you got malaria in Buenos Aires?

    		The meaning of the word Malaria is "bad air", because people initially believed that it is caused by miasma produced from stagnate waters.

    While Buenos Aires means "good air", derived from the sanctuary of "Nostra Signora di Bonaria", Italian for "Our Lady of Good Air".
