An anosmic. If you have a bad sense of smell, but can still smell a bit, you are called a hyposmiac.

Anosmic. Anosmia is what you have if you can't smell so you would be anosmic.

"Anosmia" is the inability to perceive odors. A person with no sense of smell is said to be "anosmic".
