By boat yes but I cannot find any by plane. There is one of the last Royal Mail ships in the world that operates between Cape Town and the islands.
Interesting answer, but I note that this Royal Mail ship operates between Cape Town, St.Helena and Ascension Island. It doesn't go to Tristan da Cunha. So, what kind of passenger traffic is there to Tristan da Cunha, which (by the way) is very far south of the other islands?
