no one as of this posting: To date, there have been four winners of the $200,000: Dean Cartechini on 17 June 2004, Anh Do in a celebrity special on 19 September 2007, Leanne Benbow on 2 June 2010 and Chris Doyle on 23 August 2011.
The biggest ever winner is Nathan Cochrane who took out $515,000 on The Deal in 2003, in just the second episode ever. At the time, the top prize was $2,000,000. http://www.ask.com/wiki/Deal_or_No_Deal_%28Australian_game_show%29

This is a video of the win by Chris Doyle. At the end the host states it's the 4th time the (then) top prize has been won.

Nathan Cochrane - $515,000 - 'Deal or No Deal' began in Australia as a 1 hour program with a top prize of a staggering 2 million dollars! Claiming a huge piece of this pie was journalist Nathan Cochrane with a cash win of $515,000. Nathan was quickly dubbed 'The Ice Man', given his cool demeanour, saying 'No Deal' to bank offers such as $122,700, $265,400 & $324,200! With his sizeable winnings, Nathan wound up buying a new apartment, and automatically secured himself a place in the Deal Hall of Fame.
