Other than the Great Wall of China, what is the only man-made structure visible from space?

The only other man-made object that is visible from space is the light that radiates from the top of the Luxor hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.

This question keeps coming up. I no longer think that there is a definitive answer. Astronauts claim to have looked for the Great Wall, but failed to see it. (Sorry, I have not found the quote.) Some time ago The Learning Channel had a program about man-made super structures. The Kansai Airport/island in Osaka, Japan, is man-made, and said to be able to be seen from space.
