What is the specific part of the U.N. Charter that confers diplomatic immunity upon its personnel, when they are working in a foreign country?

    Question #125580. Asked by george48. (Mar 29 12 10:02 PM)

I'm pretty sure what you're looking for is the 'Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations' of 1961. It forms the legal basis for diplomatic immunity.
