According to Wikipedia, those three are the 31st dynasty, called the Second Persian Rule. Earlier, the 27th Dynasty (525-404 BCE) included 9 Achaemenid shahs who were considered to be pharaohs.

Despite the Persian Dynasty being long over, Chosroes II was also considered to be a Persian (ruling from 619-629 AD during the Byzantine Christian Period).
