    		Baseball and softball last appeared in 2008 Beijing Games. They were dropped for the London Olympics after they failed to get enough votes for reinclusion.

    		The Keirin is definitely still there. Victoria Pembleton won the women's Keirin.

    I might add that this is a very strange event to the uninitiated observer - most of it is run with everyone riding behind a pace motorcycle.

    		More complete details of cycling changed events: "Compared to the cycling at the 2008 Olympics, there were many changes in the Olympic track cycling programme. The men's and women's individual pursuit and points race, and the men's Madison have been removed. Team sprint, team pursuit and keirin have been added to the women's programme, while Omnium is a new race for both men and women."
