You can take the podium for that answer Space Girl (nice entrance on the taxis, by the way - oh, hang on, that was the Spice Girls).
The only areas greyed out in the map linked to below are Greenland, Western Sahara, Antarctica and South Sudan. The only one of those which is a UN nation is South Sudan.

As well as Marial, I think Luol Deng of Team GB's basketball team may also have been born there.

Indeed, Luol Deng was born in Sudan but the town where he was born is now part of South Sudan. He lived in Egypt with his family after they fled Sudan, and eventually became a British citizen.
