How many feet are considered the distance between the floors on buildings?

Question #126604. Asked by endoverend. (Aug 16 12 9:46 PM)

    timence

While 10 feet is around the average, it can and does vary. It depends on the building itself: and in particular what type of building. There is a minimum US standard (2.34m or 7.7 feet), but no maximum (that can vary dramatically).
