What drug is the most prescribed in Iceland?

Question #126848. Asked by serpa. (Sep 20 12 6:41 PM)

It looks like the most prescribed (and the most abused) drugs in Iceland are methylphenidate (psychostimulants used to treat ADHD, ec.) medicines, such as Concerta, Methylin and Ritalin. Very interesting, as I was on Concerta for quite some time before switching to Adderall.
