NASA uses what to treat acute psychosis in its astronauts?

Question #127235. Asked by bjb. (Oct 14 12 12:43 PM)

NASA uses several different methods, such as drugs, psychotherapy, awareness training, hypnosis, meditation and exercise, and a few other minor ways as well. More information here: http://history.nasa.gov/SP-483/ch7-3.htm

I have a feeling that this question refers to the use of grey duct tape, while in space: "In response to emergencies brought about by 'acute psychosis' or suicidal behavior, astronauts are directed to restrain the patient with 'gray tape around wrists, ankles, and use a bungee around the torso.' " -from http://www.thesmokinggun.com/documents/crime/lost-it-space, which includes a linked copy of the manual in question.
