I'm a little uncertain as to what this question is about but if it refers to American bank notes, it seems to be a confusing topic. There wasn't an ongoing centralised bank that remained in place all the way along. The one created from 1791-1811 didn't have its charter renewed. Nor did the second of its kind (1816-1836). Then was followed by the free baking period (1837-1862) where various banks issued all their own notes.
The National Banking Act was passed in 1863 and the first printed notes were series 1914. These seem to be the official ones. Of them (if so) there have been eleven: George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, Alexander Hamilton, Andrew Jackson, Ulysses S. Grant, Benjamin Franklin, William McKinley, Grover Cleveland, James Madison, and Salmon B. Chase (called after a fish?).
Paintings, not photos. But doesn't Susan Anthony have her likeness somewhere a US currency? Maybe it's on a coin.

Ms Anthony was on the dollar coin. You missed Woodrow Wilson, who was on the $100,000 note.
Also, that list you pulled is only for people on small-size notes. There were considerably more on large-size notes: Garfield, Fulton, Morse, Martha Washington, Hillegas, Monroe, a bunch of union generals, off the top of my head. Quite a few more.
And that of course doesn't count the obscure people on fractional 19th century notes, or anybody who was on Philippines notes (when they were a part of the US), or military payment certificates of the 20th century. They may or may not count as answers for this question.
I can look up the rest in my guidebook, if there's some clarification on what the question is asking.
