    If there is a tie in the Electoral College, how is it determined who will be the President and Vice-President.

    It's rather involved and is addressed in the 12th Amendment.

    The House of Representatives selects the President and the Senate selects the Vice-President.

    The New House of Representatives determines the President. Each state delegation gets one vote (total of 50).

    The New Senate elects the Vice-President, each senator gets one vote.
