    That depends on which chart you mean. On the US Singles chart it was 'A Boy Named Sue' at No. 2. He had several No. 1's on the US Country charts including 'Ring of Fire', 'Understand Your Man' and 'Folsom Prison Blues'- 'A Boy Named Sue' also got to No. 1 on the US Adult Contemporary chart.

    In the UK it looks like number 4 was the highest he ever got, with 'A Boy Named Sue' and 'A Thing Called Love'.
