    This is a complete listing of the tallest players in National Basketball Association history at a listed height of 7 feet, 3 inches or taller. Only 20 players in NBA history have been at a listed height of at least 7 feet, 3 inches. One is currently active. The tallest player to be inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame is Ralph Sampson, at 7 feet, 4 inches.
