George Lazonby is the only person so far to play James Bond only once in the official film series. He starred in "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" in 1969.

However, there was a spoof of "Casino Royale" made in 1967 in which David Niven played James Bond, as did "Terence Cooper, Woody Allen, Joanna Pettet, Daliah Lavi, Peter Sellers and Ursula Andress".

Other people who've played the role of James Bond only once include Barry Nelson on TV in 1954 and Bob Holness on radio in 1956.
