    I don't know much about plants, and am afraid of killing them, so each year the annual poinsettia I get goes to my mother. One of these years, if I had to care for it myself, how would I go about it?

    		Light and Heat are the most important aspects of care, in addition pruning in mid May will aid the continuing growing and flowering of your Poinsettia

    		To get the plant to rebloom, it must be provided with total darkness for most of the day, with light only for a few hours.
