    Since "Global Warming" has become a concern, say, over the last ten years, has the annual snowfall at all the major reporting stations in the United States increased or decreased?

    Apparently so, melting Arctic ice evaporates and falls as snow during the winter. Just for balance it's only doing this in the northern hemisphere, the south is cooling.
