Edward Heath was the 71st Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.

The difference is probably due to whether non-consecutive terms by the same PM are counted.

I think Lottie saw footnote #71 in Wikipedia and thought it meant Heath was PM #71.

Canning was 19th, Baldwin was 38th which would make Heath 47th.

However, the first incumbent to officially use the title 'Prime Minister' was Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman in 1905 which in turn makes Heath 13th.

Sir Robert Walpole never used the title 'Prime Minister'.
