    What are some foods high in fiber?

    The list is to long to post here. A few are, whole grain bread and cereal, legumes,
    dried figs and apricots, almonds and coconut. See:

    Cauliflower, broccoli, lettuce, celery, apples. Most fruit with peels like grapes, peaches, pears, apricots.
