    Here's a transcript for "Miracle on 34th Street" (1947), in which that line can be found (more precisely, it reads "Yes. Yes. Why, yes. We share an apartment together" about halfway down.) The transcript does not indicate clearly who is speaking, but they are talking to someone at Bellevue about Kris Kringle.
