    		Cheryl Ladd sang "The Star Spangled Banner" at Super Bowl number XIV (in 1980). See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_national_anthem_performers_at_the_Super_Bowl

    She also played Melody Valentine in 16 episodes of the TV series "Josie and the Pussycats" that aired from 1970 to 1971.
