Cricket scoring. If a bowler is injured partway through an over and another bowler has to complete that over, who (if anyone) is credited with a maiden if there are no runs scored? This would also apply at the fall of the last wicket- if a bowler is not scored off in his last over, is it a maiden, and are all the part-overs added up into full overs/maidens?

No one is credited with a a maiden over as neither bowler bowled six balls; ditto when the 10th wicket falls if no runs have been scored.
    e.g.
see this test match at Lord's in May 2007, England v West Indies. Hoggard was injured after one ball bowled of the 12th over (already had one maiden over). When he recommenced he still had one maiden over; his second maiden over came in the 21st over of the match. He finished with the stats 10.1 3 29 0
