Linebacker Charles Haley won five rings, the most of any player. He won two with San Francisco and three with Dallas. I tried on my uncle's Green Bay Packer Super Bowl 31 ring. Charles Haley has five rings won as a player. There are other individuals with five or more, but these were not all awarded to them as players. For instance, Joe Greene has five rings, four as a player and one as a special assistant for player personnel with Pittsburgh. The person with the most Super Bowl rings is Neal Dahlen with seven: five with San Francisco (Staff and Player Personnel) and two with Denver as General Manager.
