Linebacker Charles Haley won five rings, the most of any player. He won two with San Francisco and three with Dallas. I tried on my uncle's Green Bay Packer Super Bowl 31 ring. The thing was big, heavy, and beautiful. (He was on the board of directors at the time, the only person without any business connections.)

Charles Haley has five rings won as a player. There are other individuals with five or more, but these were not all awarded to them as players. For instance, Joe Greene has five rings, four as a player and one as a special assistant for player personnel with Pittsburgh. The person with the most Super Bowl rings is Neal Dahlen with seven: five with San Francisco (Staff and Player Personnel) and two with Denver as General Manager.
This Wiki page appears to have just been updated today, so I'm assuming it includes tonight's Super Bowl winners, but I couldn't say for sure.
