    What are the only cells in the human body that do not reproduce?

    Brain Cells. Only now they are finding some brain cells do reproduce.

    Brain cells, but in children under five they are finding that serious injury to their brain has a high chance of recovering becasue their brains cells can regenerate.

    Technically, all cells have a slight ability to reproduce, however the ones that are the least likely to increase in number are the nerve cells distributed throughout our central and peripheral nervous systems.
