    		TAXI is spelled the same way in nine languages, according to Dixon: English, French, German, Swedish, Spanish, Danish, Norwegian, Dutch, Czech, Slovak, and Portuguese. Hungarian as well but the Portuguese spelling has an accent on the a.

    		Martini is spelled the same in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Polish, Vietnamese and Portuguese there might be other languages.

    In the 1930's a group of people spelled together a 4-letter word in an original way. Back then, that this group spelled this word was not shocking. This group never spelled it again, and if they did it now it would be most shocking indeed. Four years later, another group of people spelled the exact same word in pretty much the same way as the first group, and to this day they spell this word, usually about once a week during the fall, and spelling this 4-letter word is not shocking to them at all.
