    Doctors say that laughing is good for one's {health;} but is there a record of a person who died of laughing or its side-effects, if any?

    There may be other cases, but, apparently, in 1975 a man died of laughing while
    watching 'The Goodies.' It was during the episode called 'Kung Fu Kapers'.
    Apparently the man's wife wrote a letter to The Goodies thanking them for
    making her husband's last moments so happy. There are more details about this
