    How many jurors were dismissed during the course of O. J. Simpson's double murder trial?

    In removing juror Ann-Marie Jamison, Fujisaki accused her of improper conduct. Jamison said all she did was compliment the tie a paralegal for the plaintiffs was wearing. But according to a transcript of a closed-door meeting in the judge's chambers Monday, she twice made efforts to contact participants in the trial.
    The dismissed juror was the fourth juror or alternate to be dismissed. One was removed for drinking, one for dozing through testimony and one because of ill health. The pool of alternate jurors is down to five.
