    What makes the Al Queada and the Taliban different, please?

    Briefly, Al Queada is a militant Islamic terrorist movement that was run by the late Osama Bin Laden, the Taliban was a quasi-political movement within Afghanistan which came to power as the country's 'government'. The two monvements had similar outlooks but the Taliban's terror activities was mostly inflicted on its own citizens. And, of course it provided bases and facilities for Al Queada.
