A programme shown at the Astor theater in New York on 10 June 1915 featured i) rual scenes from New York, ii) Jim the Penman - a two {reeler;} and a travelogue on the Niagara Falls. The experiment was not a success. Source: Guninness Book of Movie Facts and feats.
