An 'Elegiac couplet' fits the bill poetically. It consists of two lines, the first a hexameter verse (6 feet) and the second a pentameter verse (five feet).
All the words in this quiz begin with "long". Adding another word to the end of long will create an entirely new word. I will give the meaning of the new word and you must indicate what word needs to be added.
I don't know if this game is widely-played, but it's certainly a favourite among my family and friends! Hands and Feet is a version of the popular game Canasta.
