Liverpool Lil says: Lily Savage aka Paul O'Grady is a brilliant comedian, if a little coarse at times. He/she should be quite well known in USA as he did a great series , (which I think was Travels in America) shown on late-night tv because it was full of the worst foul-language imaginable, but which, coming from him/her did not offend as with some so-called comedians. As well as this show, there was another filmed in Thailand and a series on UK tv simply called 'Lily Savage' which was enough description for the real fans. The outfits are outrageous, and nothing like Danny La Rue, to whom he has often been unfavourably and unfairly compared. The two are nothing like each other apart from being men dressed as women.
