    Dingbat: PUSS PURR ?

    Question #17436. Asked by Ron.

    hokum

    'Reverse Purpose' (Purr-Puss that is)?

Or, maybe it's 'nuclear ship and nuclear train' (Pu = Plutonium, SS = Ship, RR = Railroad)?
