They all have.In anticipation of a close presidential election in the United States, the government of Liberia (which in the past has released stamps of every US president from Washington to Clinton) prepared one stamp and one souvenir sheet design of each of the two leading candidates. These were created with the intent of eventually issuing stamps depicting a portrait of the winner and destroying the other. However, amid conflicting media reports and general election uncertainty, both were inadvertently sold to a limited number of dealers. Each stamp proclaims the candidate -- the 43rd President of the United States. The Liberian government has since pulled the items from local sale and you can be one of the few to get the entire collection with both Bush and Gore as the 43rd President in this 4 item set: one stamp sheet and one souvenir sheet of Albert Gore and George W. Bush. These stamps are in mint, unhinged condition. - www.stampville.com/scripts/stmpv/paper/template_master.asp?selectMain=stamps and Topic=945
