    Who was St. Cloud?

Question #17916. Asked by Socrates. (Apr 04 02 5:19 PM)

    Senior Moments

St. Cloud (feast day Sept. 7; ca. 520- ca. 560) is the patron saint of nail makers, a profession that would certainly require the patience of a saint. His association is through a pun on his name, since 'clou' is French for nail.
