    What are some privileges that a military person gets if they win the Congressional Medal of Honor?

    		I have a friend who spent 10 years in the navy, is now in the navy reserve, and she told me that Medal of Honor winners are always saluted by other members of the military, regardless of rank. However when I tried to verify this on the internet just now I couldn't find that requirement and I found a few people disputing it. So this is just a 'something to think about' answer.

    They are entitled to {$100} per month for life for being placed on the Medal of Honor Roll, they are provided with air transportation, and their son(s) are not subject to be drafted should the need arise. You may want to research the code of regulations for the Medal of Honor. Hope this is helpful.
