You may want to check question #10713 and my answer there.
According to the 1991 Kinsey Institute New Report on Sex, a passionate kiss burns 6.4 calories per minute. Other sites estimated that kissing burned 1 calorie per minute. Given your choices, I would go with 10 calories.

Being mathematically challenged as I am, let's change that to 50.

Do you mean calories with a small 'c' or 'Calories' with a capital C? They are very different. A Calorie with a capital C is a food Calorie, equal to 1000 of the normal calories (as commonly used by physicists.)

Any time you talk about food Calories, you need to make sure to always use a capital C. (Those of you with European packaging on your food, one Calorie is equal to 4186 Joules or 4.186 KJ.)

6.4 Calories/minute is way, way, way, too high. You'd be expending 446 watts of power. I don't think anyone could maintain that power for 15 minutes.

1 Calorie/minute is still probably too high. That's a 70-watt kiss. (I'm assuming we factor out the normal power loss due to body heat, and normal bodily functions, which you have all the time.)

Let's say that you kiss someone for 15 minutes. Let's say she weighs 130 pounds. If you were expending a Calorie per minute, that's enough energy to lift her 356 feet in the air with your face. What do you think you're doing?
