Do people who lift weights and body build over a period of time have a different color of blood than just the normal red color that you normally see?

No. Blood coming from the heart is red. Blood returning to the heart from tissue is bluish. This is the same for everybody. The reason for the difference is that blood which carries oxygen is red, while blood on the way back to the lungs has the oxygen taken out of it and is blue. If you cut a person, the blood will be red because it combines with the oxygen in the atmosphere to make a red colour.
