    I like using the Google search engine because it doesn't have flashing adverts etc. However, how do the creators of Google make money from the site?

    		They sell the 'google search appliance' using their technology to companies who want good search engines for their sites.

    They also sell 'sponsored links' in their search results. Search for 'furniture' and you see paid links from people who have paid for the word 'furniture'.

    		They also just launch a new service call 'Google Answers' where you pay to find answer to your questions and Google keep a part of the money you owe. Some gurus from Ask FunTrivia can make a fortune out of it! Not me I'm too french!

    On Drudge Report, it says that Google is worth 71 billion dollars, more than General Motors and Disney combined, but just where is that money coming from, I can clearly see GM selling cars to make money as well as Disney, but Google is just a website, I don't get it?
