The most popular answer to this question is 'The Flintstones'.

The majority agree it was Mary Kay and Johnny. They were portrayed as sharing a bed, but were they ever shown in the same bed? http://www.snopes2.com/radiotv/tv/marykay.htm The majority also rule out The Flintstones because it was animated. They also rule out the Munsters because weren't exactly a 'human' couple. http://www.snopes2.com/radiotv/tv/marykay.htm Ozzie and Harriet Nelson is the answer Trivial Pursuit gives. Again, were they actually seen in the same bed? http://www.plymouth.lib.mi.us/faqtvcouple.htm This site says it was Mike and Carol Brady, and you DID see them in the same bed. I know because I am old enough to have watched that show. http://www.angelfire.com/az/myalmanac/page1.html It all boils down to, who's asking the question, how the question is worded, and if they were seen in the same bed. Not just seeing one bed in the bedroom. The Brady's is the answer I always give.
