    How long did it take Elvis Presley after his death to sell the same number of records as he sold when he was alive?

    		Taken from a couple of web sites:
    Elvis sold over 300 million albums during his lifetime .
    He was reported to have sold 300 million albums in the first seven years after his death.
    I would say seven years.

    		It is estimated that Elvis has sold in excess of 1 Billion records, however details of sales in non US countries is difficult to determine.http://www.elvis.com/elvisology/faq/faq.asp?qid=8
