In American Football? NFL? 63 yards has been done twice... once by Tom Dempsey of the New Orleans Saints (he only had half a foot.) It was later tied by Jason Elam of the Denver Broncos. Elam routinely kicked longer in practice, so they let him have a go. That was something to see.
2002 Guinness Book of World Records.

Tom Dempsey was born without fingers or toes on his right side, which was the foot he kicked with. He wore a heavy, square-toed shoe with a blunt end.
