I found a helicopter crash in May 1977 in New York, but have been unable to
tie it to the question. I've been looking for this off and on for a couple of
weeks. I hope one of us comes with the answer soon. It is driving me nuts!!

it is a trivia question on a radio station and I am trying to get to tickets to Chicago! the original question was 'in the field of aviation, what does new york %5Bcity%5D have 9 of, chicago 15 and LA 58'. not much to go on. got a clue this week which was 'there was a fatal accident in May of 1977 that limited the number in New York'. I think maybe helipads... but am still thinking it could be any kind of accident IN the airport.... just don't know where to start looking. HELP!!!!!!!!

YEAH!!!! and a big THANK YOU! we were going to guess heliports next, but I sure appreciate the actual confirmation of the answer.
