This is one of those questions that have umpteen different answers. I havejust done a quick search and found three various answers. 1) Of physicians questioned, 70% admitted that patient pressure forced them to prescribe drugs they might otherwise have avoided. - http://www.penpress.org/Facts.asp?Category=Health and offset=60 2) Donald McCabe, an Associate Professor of Graduate School Management at Rutgers University and President of the Center for Academic Integrity, completed a study of academic integrity in the fall of 1990. Thirty-one academically selective schools agreed to participate in his study, and out of the 6,096 students who responded to his survey 70% admitted to at least one cheating violation in college. - http://www.wesleyan.edu/writing/workshop/academicintegrity.html 3) The majority of consumers (70%) admitted that they have experienced poor customer service. - http://www.csc.co.uk/secure/media/lnews40.htm
